Customer Care Representative - Part-time

Growing bottled water company looking for an individual with excellent listening skills, problem solving skills, and the ability to maintain a positive attitude and work effectively within a team environment.
This is a part-time position.
The position responsibilities include effectively handling calls from prospective customers, existing customer questions and complaints, communicating customer requests and needs to route drivers and meeting sales incentive goals.
Candidate must demonstrate superior communication/customer service skills and a commitment to consistently exceed the customer's expectations. The position also requires the ability to sell our full product line to increase revenue, generate new sales leads. High school diploma or GED is required. PC and data entry experience, bilingual, and previous customer service experience a plus.

Production Line Operator - Part-time
Location: Birdsboro, PA
Growing bottled water company looking for individuals with excellent listening skills, problem solving skills, and the ability to maintain a positive attitude and work effectively within a team,
in a high volume, light manufacturing environment, and
able to lift up to 60lbs repetitively.
This is a part-time position, 3-4 hours a day, 2-4 days per week, morning hours.
The position responsibilities include setup and control of operation of single or multiple production machines used in for the process of bottling water on production line.
Operating
and maximizing efficiency of high speed bottling or packaging equipment, loading raw materials, equipment troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, sanitation and cleaning activities
.
Previous production/maintenance experience a plus.

Job Title:
Route Sales Representative (RSR) - Full-time
Location: Birdsboro, PA
Growing bottled water company looking for individuals to
provide product delivery and premier customer service to both residential and commercial customers.
The position responsibilities include professional management and growth of an assigned existing route. The RSR is responsible for growing the route through additional sales and customer retention, performing these duties in a safe manner (both inside and outside of the delivery vehicle). The physical requirements of the job include repetitive lifting of various water products, some of which weigh approximately 45 pounds each.
RSR is also responsible for creating customer loyalty by providing consistent bottled water delivery and outstanding customer service.
A successful RSR
builds and maintains customer relationships and offers additional products to meet customer needs, communicates well, and is very organized and able to work independently.
A
Commercial Drivers License for Class B vehicles and computer knowledge are preferable, but we are willing to train the right people.
